Category One: Presentation in any shade (wear anything desired)

• Contestants will be judged on their speaking ability, ensemble, overall fit, hair, makeup, and modeling technique.

• The contestants' ensemble primary colors must be 80% or more of a desired color. Accessories are of the contestant's choice. Accessories must be complimentary with Clear, AB, Silver, Gold, or desired color. Judging demerits will apply to any other colors.

 

 

Category Two: Runway - Bring it to the Runway in any Shape, Form, or Fashion!

(wear anything desired)

• Contestants will be judged on creativity, originality and/or fantasy, hair, makeup, and the overall modeling technique.

• Contestants must be able to present and model their creations.

• Judges will be looking for that MAJOR IMPACT! It's your runway, now RULE IT!

• You may also bring this category in the name of a former MMI rep as desired inspiration.

 

 

Category Three: Talent - Entertain Me

• Contestants will be judged on talents entertainment value, execution, creativity, and costume/ensemble.

• If we have seen this talent in the past, make us notice your abilities to make it original for you.

• The contestant's talent may not exceed 7 minutes with or without props! Please follow the timing guidelines.

 

 

Category Four: Creative Gown

• Contestants will be judged on hair, makeup, fit, modeling technique, creativity, and structure.

• Hats and purses are acceptable for this category.

• Escorts and mobile or hand-held props are acceptable for this category.

• The gown must be functional at all times.

• This is your opportunity to showcase those rare designs. Please be able to execute your modeling abilities when deciding what to wear for this and all clothing categories!

CATEGORIES WILL GO IN THIS ORDER ALL EVENING. We offer a 15-minute intermission before the final category. Additional time will be discussed during registration.
